At Tycho Haus, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Each piece is carefully reviewed and packed, and if for any reason the work isn’t right for you, we offer a straightforward and buyer-friendly return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Artwork must be returned in original condition, with no damage, alterations, or signs of wear, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted if the artwork or frame has been damaged while in the care of the buyer.
  • If damage occurred during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with an insurance claim.

Refunds

  • Approved returns made within the 7-day return window will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the artwork has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, special orders, custom framing, commissions, and layaway purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@tychohaus.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the artwork title, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
